Pizzeria Alfa

Convinced by the promotion and positive reviews from various internet influencers and family members, we decide to go to this pizzeria on a Saturday to verify the veracity of what we heard. Spoiler: super positive experience! The thing that works in favor of Pizzeria Alfa is that it accepts reservations on Saturdays, at any time. Clearly, at a certain time, it will be difficult to find parking, as everything is occupied. There are two rooms, one air-conditioned inside and the other outside, nice, sober, decorated with lemons, very "Amalfi Coast". Speaking of food, we tried some excellent meatballs with bacon and cheddar, a MontaAlfa (fried and baked pizza) and a Rodi, one of their flagships. The pizzas were well seasoned and had an excellent flavor but, as an exclusively personal taste, I like less a super thin central layer and a very pronounced crust. But it was still all so good that I ate it all. Honest prices, proportional to the quality of the products offered. An experience to absolutely repeat!

We went to this pizzeria on any Saturday evening. I'll start by saying that although there weren't that many people (the place is small and among other things they didn't even accept takeaway) the service was quite slow and distracted. Sufficient starters: good croquettes and omelettes which in my opinion are good and convenient in terms of quality/price. The pizza was a disaster: as you can see from the photos, they were so swollen they looked like balloons, practically all of the crust and then it was totally raw... (in the third photo it appears very clear) at times inedible. I don't know how you manage to get pizzas like this to the tables and I take the liberty of saying this because even those of the diners (at least in appearance) were like ours, not at all inviting and in fact people left all the edges, but what can I say? 'whole pizza. Nothing to do, something can be saved, but we need to review just how you make pizzas.
